My windows 10 1703 failing to update to 22H2 even with update assistant

I`ve recently tried to move from version 1703 of WIN 10 to 22H2 with the feature update which could download for hours and still go back to 0%, then tried troubleshooting which also did not helpThen I went on to try the update assistant , went through all the 3 steps and after restarting no changes were madeI did this two times with my laptop plugged the whole time.If anyone can help me out with this matter I`d appreciateit a lot
