Windows 10 Bluescreen Errorcode KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE stuck at 44% completion. Is it save to power device (ThinkPad T590) off?

My ThinkPad T590 has been experiencing weird glitches for at least a couple of weeks.I don't know if a software or hardware issue is causing all the problems, and I have already asked for help in the German Thinkpad Forum.I need the ThinkPad for University so I would like to find the underlying problem to fix it once and for all.The UEFI BIOS Version is N2IETA5W (1.83) with the BIOS Date being 2024-06-20.If you need any more information to help me, please ask, since I'm no expert.The ThinkPad is out of warranty and currently can't afford to replace it.
