My Office 365 business applications do not allow me to log in from the Internet connection at home, they show me connected with my IP address from somewhere in the United States and due to cybersecurity policies they prevent the connection from outside Colombia, with the company's IT team we checked what could be happening and we found nothing, with my home Internet provider we reset my Internet router and nothing, I reset the connections and changed the locations of the applications and nothing, but from another Internet connection they do connect without problem, what else can I do?
