Last week, there was an optional update for Windows 11. I installed it, and it requested a reboot. Now, my ThinkPad will not boot. All I get is a blank screen. I can access/view the BIOS, so none of the hardware troubleshooting, including checking my brightness, has been successful.The issue is that the OS is broken, but I can't access Safe Mode or force it into Safe Mode because the files are too damaged. I need access to recovery files and run a reinstallation from USB. Please advise how I can obtain this without losing my current Windows 11 license and/or saved data. (I cannot access the SS
