This is actually so shocking. For the last 2 hours I have been going in circles, getting more frustrated each time because this is probably the worst customer support i have ever seen. I cannot talk to a real person, the forums are full of nonsense, whatever i'm kinda emotional right now. My email has been replaced by lt1********* Email address is removed for privacy *** in the windows settings. I click manage account and i get taken to a webpage that does not work (Something went wrong. Please try again.). I need this laptop for uni just help me out bruh please
