My PC keeps crashing, The previous system shutdown was unexpected

No idea why this is happening. My computer keeps shutting down while playing games, for example: Destiny2, subnautica, marvel rivals, and metaphor: reFantazio. Sometimes the audio keep playing while the screen become black. Tried DDU, still crashing. the only reliable way to make it crash is by running Overclocking scanning by MSI afterburner PC specs:Intel Core i7 10700K @ 3.80GHz32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1800MHz (18-22-22-42)ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
