Is Armoury driver updater from Asus good or bad to put on Win11?

I have a Win11 computer with an Asus motherboard. This message came on today asking if I wanted to put the driver updater on my computer. I typically say no to those kinds of things because it's usually just another layer of software and probably spyware to boot, but being as I have an Asus motherboard I thought it might be ok. I called Asus and they said it's good stuff so I put it on the computer. Any other thoughts on it?
