windows 10 camera starting and stopping during video calls with Doxy and Zoom

I have a Dell laptop and a HP Laptop using both for Doxy Video calls and Zoom callsProblem---upon starting the video call--everything is working---can see myself and the person I have invited to the call.My camera become disabled and therefore my picture goes awayI can enable the camera and its goes on for a minute or two and then drops againI'm wondering, based on other discussions I have read with no solution as of today if we all have the same security system and this is blocking in some way?I have Norton---360 seemed to work fine and then issues started occurring with my laptops upon using
