58 seconds delay before next fax can be received

OS: Win 2003

Faxboard: Diva Analog-4 (4 ports)

 

If I receive a fax it takes almost a whole minute (58 seconds) before

I can receive the next fax, the line does not pick up calls during

that time.

 

If I start a CAPI application the line is always free if no fax is

being received.

 

My configuration does not allow any outgoing faxes on that two

involved lines, so this can not be a reason for this problem.

 

Is there such a built in delay in Microsoft fax?
