Mac Setups: Sideways MacBook Pro 15″ with a Mac Pro

<p>Remember how you can <a href="http://osxdaily.com/2010/12/28/rotate-mac-screen-orientation/">rotate a Macs display orientation</a>? Here’s a <a href="http://osxdaily.com/category/mac-setups/">Mac setup</a> that features just that… with a MacBook Pro. This a MacBook Pro 15″ sitting on its side next to an Apple Cinema Display hooked up to a Mac Pro, and from the looks of it the screens fit perfectly together. The iPad doesn’t quite fit in but it’s a nice addition nonetheless.</p>

<p>Now before you go trying this on your own, it’s worth mentioning that the photographer swapped an SSD into the MacBook Pro “since the platters in an HDD can’t much handle being sideways” so you’ll want to consider that before rotating your MacBook Pro 90°.</p>
