Presumably this was done because Command+Delete (backspace) makes more sense and it’s harder to make a mistake, but some habits die hard.</p> <p>If you don’t like the new one, you can return Command+D to the keyboard shortcut for the “Don’t Save” button with the following defaults write command:</p> <p><code style="font-size:95%;">defaults write NSGlobalDomain NSSavePanelStandardDesktopShortcutOnly -bool YES</code></p> <p>Keep in mind the default behavior of Command+D in a save dialog window in OS X Lion is to set the location to the Desktop, and this is part of a broader change to the save dialogs in general that came with Lion.
