Guest rcf Posted October 21, 2008 Posted October 21, 2008 When I start windows I get the two following messages: Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\wgkejhbc.dll The specified module could not be found Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\egiraqjj.dll The specified module could not be found Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Yes. The message is a good sign. What the message means is that your anti-virus is working, detected malware and removed the files. However, it didn't remove the reference to the launcher in the Registry, so you get that message. To remove the message, remove the reference. Go to Start, Run and type msconfig, press Enter. On the Startup tab, look for that reference, and you will see where in the registry it's located. Open Regedit, go to that spot, and delete the reference. Close and you're done. HTH -pk
