disable or prevent right-click with group policy

We have a 2003 domain environment, using AD and GP. Client computers are XP.

I want to disable or prevent right clicking anything with the mouse. Is

there a setting in Group Policy that will accomplish this?

I should add that I'm trying to disable right-clicking when in Internet

Explorer.
