Windows 2003: C: drive is showing different sizes within Windows?

One of our Windows 2003 servers shows that the C: drive is 8.5Gb (don't ask)

in Windows Explorer but in Disk Management & Diskpart 17Gb? I think this

Drive was 8.5Gb (it's on a SAN HDS) but was extend using Diskpart a while

ago.

We do use SAN boot via Emulex HBA's.
