Pipkin Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Hi I have a samsung laptop which keeps freezing whilst trying to carry out tasks with Windows. I use vista home premium. If I'm only using normal software ie. internet or Word etc. then I don't have a problem. The problem mainly arises when I try to carry out tasks such as copying files between folders. However in the last 2 days I have also found that it happens when syncing phones and ipod with itunes. I tried doing disk cleanup and disk defrag but it froze whilst carrying these out. Hope someone can help Thanks in advance. Quote
Kaytie-Ari Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 I have two Vista laptops, and blue screens are plentiful. When booting up, go into options and go to system restore. This should do the trick and restore any parts of the OS that might cause it to freeze like this. Quote
