Stuttering keyboard clicks/audio issues iPhone 13 Pro, any ideas what’s going on here?

Help

I’m getting weird audio issues on a fresh setup iPhone 13 Pro as seen in this video.

Other issues I’ve noticed are the lock sound being both loud and quieter, keyboard clicks fluctuating in volume and seem to lag/delay as seen in the video (issue disappears after minimising Safari and reopening). Also the keyboard clicks start quiet and get louder as I type. Any ideas before I contact Apple support as I can’t find anything on google to fix this issue and...
