How to search for multiple occurrences of a keyword inside one conversation in Messages?

I know how search on Messages on iPhone work, you search for a keyword and you get results from multiple conversations.

But how do you restrict your search to only one conversation and get multiple results with the keyword inside just that conversation? When I search for a keyword in Messages and tap one of the results I don't see how I can go to the next or previous result with the keyword on that conversation. Apps like WhatsApp offer simple up/down arrows to go to the other results...
