Twitter notification page misaligned

Has anyone else had this issue with twitter?

 

To fix this, I have:

 

Updated (I’m on 15.1.1)

Deleted app

Reset phone

Reset all settings

Changed phone (happens on 12PM and 13PM)

 

Not really sure what else to do but it only happens with twitter
