iPhone 13 Pro Max : stuttering/choppy video playback

Hi guys so I just got my iPhone 13 Pro Max today. I tested out the camera & video recording and found out that the video is a bit choppy/stuttering when I play it back (both cinematic & normal video). But when I watch videos on youtube, the videos look just fine.

 

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? if so:

- is it software issue? or

- hardware issue with the camera?

- any advice on how to fix it?
