Is there a way to use XP's Scheduler to turn off a HP Laserjet 4plus?

The HP4+ power is controlled via rocker switch. Task Scheduler has no

means of mechanical interaction.

Does the HP Laserjet 4Plus have an option to be turned off under software

control?
