My current setup is 3.3 12-core, 96gb 2933 mhz ddr with the stock 580x card It seems like it's been slowing down for quite some time. My M1 Max laptop just seems so much snappier and quicker. I mainly work with Photoshop and Lightroom with some Premiere work here and there. I realized I can even hold more tabs open on my MBP than my Mac Pro even though I have more ram on my Mac Pro.
