Finding out which specific Wifi/BT is installed.

I know this has been asked a dozen times, but I'm not having any luck with searches - what was the tool / technique to get the actual full WiFi card model etc.

 

System Info is being it's usual helpful self, saying;

 

Card Type: AirPort Extreme (0x14E4, 0x111)

Firmware Version: Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (7.77.37.33.1a1)

 

I'm sure this is probably not (or at least wasn't) an OpenCore supported chipset for Continuity/Handoff, but wanted to check.
