Mac Pro cMP 5.1 (mid2010) and maximum RAM with W3680 and X5690 ?

Hi guys !

I have a cMP 5.1 (mid2010) with mono W3680 @3.33GHz with Big Sur (OpenCore) with 48GB (3x16GB) SDRAM.

I want to upgrade the processor with a X5690 @3.46GHz.

Do you confirm me that the X5690 @3.46GHz can manage 64GB (4x16GB) SDRAM ?
