HDMI cable to an apple mini dvi to work with AMD Raedon RX 460

Greetings, I think I have got my AMD radeon RX 460 GPU installed, but notice it has only HDMI ports, and my apple monitor is a small like mini dvi or what looks like or is similar to a thunderbolt cable. Are there any adapters?
