Giving my MacPro 5.1 to a friend and need to restore it to the basic 5.1 MacPro

Guys,

Im currently running Monterey on my 2012 5.1 MacPro, Im going to give my MacPro to a buddy of mine, but he wants me to install the OS that is compatible with a 2012 MacPro. Can someone please help me to do this?.
