XFX R7950 Flash

Hi,

Is it possible to flash XFX R7950 for Mac Pro 5,1 (2010) to get boot screen?

 

Mac Pro 2010

2x X5680 3.33 GHz Processors (130W each)

 

XFX R7950 need at least 217W, so will it work with / or without flashing it?
