MacPro 5,1 upgrading from Catalina to Monterey (OC 0.8.0)

Is it safe to upgrade the Mac Pro in my signature from Catalina to Monterey?

Am I going to loose some functionality? (i.e.: WIFI, bluetooth and firewire connectivity for an iSight cam)

Any recommendation?
