Guest ezsobre Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 My wife's iPhone 13 pro, which has worked flawlessly since purchased last September without issue, is black on the bottom half of the screen as of this morning. The phone has not been dropped, no water has been spilled on it, nothing that should not happen to a phone physically has happened. It just stopped working when she unlocked it this AM.
