Some app notifications doesn't show up until I open app (iPhone 13 Pro Max)

Hello,

I haver a weird problem that i never experienced with my old iPhone's.

Since i switch to iPhone 13 Pro Max 6 months ago, I'm experiencing notification problem with apps i did not open for 2 days.

 

Here is how things happens.

Let's say I have 4 Apps. Red, Green, Blue, Yellow.

I use Red and Green everyday, and notifications arrives on time without issues.

But if I don't open Blue and Yellow for 2 days, their notifications doesn't show up no matter what. I use some apps for emergency...
