Takes forever to boot chime.

Hi everyone.

I'm new to Macs and new to this forum.

I'm really enjoying my Mac Pro 5,1.

However I have a problem.

There's an issue that causes the boot chime to take quite a while to be heard

I made a quick video

Any ideas or suggestions?
