Good morning.

I've a BIG problem (the same) on two different servers mounting Windows

Server 2003 Terminal Server: some (random) terminal server user sessions,

when disconnect, causes server crash. As said, this problem appair from one

week on two different server... No errors on Event Viewer.

Anyone have the same problem?

Suggestion???

Re: Windows Server 2003 TS crash

Hi:

Do you have any error on screen? Maybe you will need to generate a manual

memory dump.

I found these KB´s but not sure if they might help:

A Windows Server 2003-based terminal server crashes when 30 to 40

users use roaming profiles to log on to or log off the terminal server

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928096/en-us

Your Windows Server 2003-based terminal server that uses the UPHClean

utility to unload user profiles when users log off may suddenly stop

responding

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885958/en-us

The computer automatically restarts, you receive an error message or a Stop

error message, or an event is logged in the system event log when you try to

connect to a remote Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer by using a

Terminal Services session

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894061/en-us

The Terminal Server Licensing tool may unexpectedly quit after you install

Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 on a Terminal Server

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910088/en-us

Stop error message when a client logs off from a Terminal Services session

on a server that is running Windows Server 2003 with SP1 or Windows Server

2003 with SP2: "Stop 0x000000AB (SESSION_HAS_VALID_POOL_ON_EXIT)"

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944916

Your computer automatically restarts or a stop error or another error occurs

when you have Terminal Services enabled

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/820767/en-us
