2012 Mac Pro hard disks disabled after system spontaneously locked with a PIN code

Mac Pro (mid-2012) running macOS 10.14.6 Mojave all patches current

Processor 2x3.46 GHz 6-core Intel Xeon

Memory 48 GB

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB

Boot disk 1TB NVME SSD

Five additional internal hard disks with a total of about 16 TB of available space
