ts fallback driver wont switch from pcl to ps

I have a windows server 2003 terminal server

so i told my group policy to use fallback pcl driver and then deleted

printer drivers from terminal server.

and indeed it fallsback to deskjet 500, but when clients print some reports

they dont come out right. so i manually changed driver to 4/4m ps and it

prints out fine.

so i said okay, and told my group policy to fallback to ps driver, all

printers are hp and support ps, gpupdated ts server, rebooted. and this

morning they all use 500 pcl driver again.

so how do i make them use ps instead of pcl fallback driver.

forgot to say that i tried to rename printer on client computer from lets say

"P2015 PCL6" to "P2015 PS"
