Favourites Import / Export

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My current favourites folder is empty, I am not sure what deleted the

entries, although I did receive an error message from "NoAdware" which

dissapered.

Luckily I have export my favourites reguallarly to a file.

When trying to import the favourites back from these files, I get a frozen

page.

Add to favourites > import and export > next > import favourites > import

from a file > browse > highlite file > next > import favourites destination

folder > select the folder where the imported favourites will be placed, no

folders are shown.

I have deleted and reinstalled IE7, this did not resolve the problem, my OS

is XP home SP3.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use your Explorer and check to see if the "Favorites" folder exists in

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\ folder. If it dosen't, create it.

Then try the import again.

RE: Favourites Import / Export

Hi, thanks for your reply

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites exists, and contains icons for my

favorites.
