Perflib events in App log

I am getting the following 2 entries in my application log every 5 minutes.

Does anyone know what the issue is and what I can do? When I launch perfmon

some counters are not wokring either.

Date: 10/24/2008

Description:

The Open Procedure for service "NfsSvr" in DLL "C:\SFU\nfs\dsctrs.dll"

failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code

returned is data DWORD 0.

Data:

0000: 02 00 00 00 ....

Event ID: 1015

Date: 10/24/2008

Time: 2:05:35 AM

Computer: COMP01

Description:

The timeout waiting for the performance data collection function "PerfDisk"

in the "C:\WINNT\system32\perfdisk.dll" Library to finish has expired. There

may be a problem with this extensible counter or the service it is

collecting data from or the system may have been very busy when this call

was attempted.
