Ethernet Controller???

So I'm a noob when it comes to the technical side of computers, I have recently had my internet crashing down on me every so often, while the rest of my family haven't had this problem, I don't know whether it's because I haven't got drivers installed for my Ethernet Controller?

 

I can't find the drivers for it, I tried to find some but the stuff I downloaded was useless and done no change, and when I try to update the drivers it says that windows couldn't find the software?

Can you tell us please what the make and model of your computer is, also if you know it the details of the ethernet controller.

I assume you have looked in device manager and found problems there?

If you can give us as much information as possible it will help us to diagnose the problem, and maybe find the right drivers for you as well.
