iPhone Stolen, put it in lost modus, but Find my not showing it anymore

Hi all,

 

We are on holidays in Peru, and my wife's iPhone got stolen yesterday, someone ripped it out of her hand and he jumped on the back of a motorbike and he was gone. I quickly put the phone in lost modus, and Find my still gave the original location of where it happened, so I guess they shut the phone down, or put it in airplane mode, and it showed the initial location for the remainder of that evening, without updating.

 

Now, the next morning, but not more than 24 hours later, I can...
