Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 17.6. Unfortunately, the "Subscriptions" and "Media & Purchases" sections of my Apple ID are still linked to the old owner's email address. I can't get in touch with them. How can I remove this email address without affecting my Apple ID? Thanks for your help.
