Mac Pro 7.1 and fans power supply

I installed amd radeon 6900xt tuf gaming in my mac pro 2019.

 

1. Because the video card cooling is too long in the original, I had to make custom cooling for it, which I made from two noctua fans and heatsink.

2. Since the video card gives too little voltage to the fans, they do not spin at full power.

 

How to power these two fans other than the standard power supply in the video card?

 

Any ideas?
