Guest BBran Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 Hello, I am using XPSP2, and DO NOT have any connection problems with my LAN that I use to connect to the Internet over DSL. However, some hidden LAN connections are keeping me from being able to see the status of an active LAN connection. I can see the status when I am in safe mode with networking, but not in full mode. I know I have some hidden LAN's because when I set up a new LAN to try to fix the problem I get a message something like "if I use the same DNS, etc., as the hidden LAN, and then reconnect it, I will have problems". I will not be reconnecting any hidden LAN's because I only have one card. I have deleted the old LAN's from my Network folder, but that is somehow still allowing them to remain hidden. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of hidden LAN's? -- Thanks, Bob
