Is there an app that functions like a modern rolodex with group chat functionality?

• Adds people's phone numbers/contacts
  
• Automatically groups them into a group chat
  
• The group chat automatically adds them once you incorporate their contact info into the group
  

 

I've just been manually doing this myself on Messenger and it's tedious. Wondering if there's an app that skips a few steps for me.

 

Is there anything like this?
