Guest /u/batryanjoker Posted August 26, 2024 Posted August 26, 2024 My partner has had issues with her iMessage cloud storage for a while and it’s starting to get a bit inconvenient. She has a load of old messages on her iCloud and they just aren’t syncing properly with all of her new messages. She just got a new MacBook and wants to make sure her ecosystem is working properly and syncing right. She wants to just start it fresh with the messages she currently has on her iPhone and make sure that everything is synced. So I have made sure that the messages are stored on her phone, turned off message syncing and started the 30 countdown disable/delete in the cloud. My question is: Once the 30 days has finished and her message from the cloud are all gone, can we re-enable it, sync what she currently has on her phone and start new?
