iOS 17.6.1 counts app screen time even when iPhone is locked.

To test this, I put an app limit of half an hour and I left TikTok open but I locked the phone(15 Pro Max). 25 minutes later, the phone notified me that I have 5 minutes left and I haven’t even used the app at all. I have 11 hours on my phone while I was working all day. There’s 1 whole hour on an app that I might not even use it a whole day. Screen time on iPhone is still unusable.
