CA website missing

I can no longer pull up or Certificate Authority WebSite and it is not even

in the ISS anymore.

I tried pointing a new website to \windows\system32\certsrv, but no luck.

I found the default.asp file for it, but it says certificate services are

not running, but they are and on the local machine I can open CA from

Administrator.

What do I need to do to get the web portion running again?

TIA,

Darrin
