my iphone says that every network I connect to has no internet, but the internet works fine on other devices.

This morning I woke up and nothing would load on my phone, my sim signal is atrocious at the minute so I joined my home wifi and it connected but then after a few seconds said that there was no internet. I rebooted the router and tried again and it said the same thing, but then I logged onto my laptop and connected to my home wifi and it worked fine.

 

I then tried connected to my neighbours wifi and it again said that there was no internet connection on my phone, but then when I tried it on my laptop it worked fine. Lastly I went to the library down the road and again, my iphone said no internet connection whilst my laptop worked fine. Clearly it's an issue with my iphone specifically but I can't work out how to fix it. My phone is essentially useless, not a single app or webpage can load.

 

I've rebooted my phone several times, I've tried forgetting all the networks and rejoining them, I've turned it to airplane mode and back again, I've reset all the network settings but still nothing works specifically on my iphone.

 

I'm on a 13 mini and ios 17.6.1
