Apple intelligence waitlist? How long does it take to get off the waitlist.

Just upgraded my iPhone and iPad to 18.1. Couldn't find any trace of Apple Intelligence. Turns out you have to join a waitlist by going into settings. It would have been nice to at least show a notification that there is a waitlist.

 

Update: took around 2.5 hours for all my devices.
