Writing Tools not available? (iOS 18.1, iPhone 15 Pro, Canada)

I updated to iOS 18.1. Got access to Apple Intelligence. But I don’t see writing tools available anywhere whether it’s first-party or third-party apps.

 

I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro in Canada.
