error while windows logon

Hi,i light on the computer but, while loading windows, appear a message that

say " There are not enough resources in the system to call the api" what

that means? what i can do?there is something more to do than call technics?.

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event View and see if

there are any error messages.

The computer occasionally does not hibernate and you receive an

"Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API" error message in

Windows XP
