Is there a way to choose for photos not to show in your camera reel?

I have a lot of wallpapers / screenshots and various ‘photos’ that aren’t actually photos, and I would prefer if they didn’t clog up my reel.

 

Is there a way to have certain photos (or even albums?) that those content show in the specific album but not when browsing your entire reel?
