Is there a way to export a list of all the apps on my iPhone iOS 18.1?

I have a lot of apps (12 pages, including folders) on my phone. I would like to export a list of them and bring that list into, say, excel on a Mac/PC to sort and categorize them, so I can have a “map” to use for reorganizing on my phone.

 

Does anyone know how to make or view a list of apps for export?
